CONFERENCE:
NPDBH'17 is a National conference organized by Department of Biotechnology, Karpagam University, Coimbatore. NPDBH'17 in its first edition aims to bring students at par with the eminent discoveries and inventions relating to the field of medicine that encompasses both the synthetic and natural way to relieve the maladies affecting the country.
The main goal of this conference is to provide not only a challenging forum all the participants but also to serve as a wonderful platform for them to interact with reputed researchers from all over the country and benefit from the sessions. This will not only bring them to the current trends in the field of medical diagnostics and therapeutics but also enable them to launch their carrier as a researcher.
Our aim is to facilitate the nurturing of the intellectual minds towards a scientific approach of discovery and invention.
NPDBH'17 focuses on various latest diagnostic and therapeutic techniques which are steered towards metabolic disorders.

NPDBH`17 offers a workshop on "Emerging Nanomaterials for Healthcare Applications” to create an exposure about nano-concepts and its applications in the field of medicine. This workshop will provide the introductory information to the world of nano and an insight into the research areas in the field nanotechnology applications across the world.
